Necessary guidelines to deal with such representations are contained in the aforesaid O.M. which are to be followed by the administrative authorities.

Procedure of transfer of a Government servant from one Department to another do not apply to a subscriber who was holding the former 
appointment on contract.	The Association shall not bring any political or other outside influence to bear upon any authority in connection with the affairs there of.
	The Annual replenishable ground water resources have been estimated as 431 Billion Cubic Metres (bcm).

Interest shall not be credited to the account of a subscriber if he informs the Accounts Officer that he does not wish to receive it.	After sanctioning the advance, the amount shall be drawn on an authorization from the Accounts Officer.	A subscriber shall be permitted to take an advance once in every six months under item (b) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 12.
 Permission is also not normally granted for acceptance of gifts by Government servants from firms which are contracting firms with the Government of India, even if the contract is entered into by a Ministry or Department other than the one in or under which the Government servant concerned is serving. 	Due date of payment for the purpose of this proviso will be the date up to which payment can be made including the grace period allowed by the insurance companies	The Association shall not bring any political or other outside influence to bear upon any authority in connection with the affairs there of.


No employee shall share the residence allotted to him or any of the out-houses, garages, stables and appurtenant thereto except with the employees of the Central Government; eligible for allotment of residence under these rules. 
 No employee shall sublet the whole of his residence provided that an employee proceeding on leave may accommodate in the residence any other employee eligible to share Govt accommodation, as a caretaker.
Where the emoluments for a month are drawn and disbursed on the last working day of the same month, the date of deposit shall, in the case of recovery of his subscriptions, be deemed to be the first day of the succeeding month.
All sums paid into the Fund under these rules shall be credited in the books of Government to an account named "The General Provident Fund".
1)	The Association shall not bring any political or other outside influence to bear upon any authority in connection with the affairs there of.
 Neither the constitution of the unions which may envisage collection of funds for the purposes of the unions, nor the fact that unions have been registered as trade unions under the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926, which permits trade unions to raise funds, gives any immunity to Government servants in the matter.
